Writing or Podcasts? “Serial” by Sarah Koenig

Hey guys!

So this past week I listened to the first episode of a series of podcasts by Sarah Koenig called Serial. The series is about the conviction of Adnan Syed, a young man who was convicted of murdering his ex-girlfriend and imprisoned in 1999. However, it has just recently come to light that Adnan may not be guilty of the crime he was accused of.

In response to the format in which this investigative journalism was presented, I made my own podcast. I would like to discuss whether presenting the information and story in a podcast was effective or not, and how so.

Here’s the link to the video (WordPress wouldn’t upload it into the post):

  1. I really liked how you post a video ( It made your blog effective!) and how you mentioned that when Sarah asks the listener questions, it engaged them more. I didn’t think of that until now and I defiantly agree! Great job!! Do you think that Adan Syed is innocent?
